Surya P. Subedi Criticided the Cambodian People Party
The Cambodian people party is the ruling government of Cambodia. Surya P. Subedi attacked Cambodia to help the Opposition in gain more seats or power in coming national election July 2013. Here the report of Surya P. Subedi, UN Human Rights Rapporteur.
