Triangle Develoment Zone

Cambodia-Vietnam and Laos agreed in 1999 to develop the Triangle Zone, where 10 provinces the three mentioned provinces:
Cambodia: Steung Treng- Rottanakiry and Mundulkiry
Vietnam:  Dak lat- Dak Mong- Yang Lat and Koun Tum
Laos: Aattapeur- Saravan and Se Kong

The Projected funded by Japan with USD 20 millions which divided as follow;
Cambodia: USD 7.5 millions
Laos:         USD 7.5 millions and
Vietnam     USD 3.5 millions
The rest USD 1.5 millions for research program
