បាងកកៈ រដ្ឋប្រហារប្រជាជន ទទួលជោគជ័យ

រដ្ឋប្រហាររបស់ជនជាតិ សៀម​ទទួលបានជោគជ័យ លើជនជាតិថៃ ឬ ថៃកាត់ចិន។ ជោគជ័យចែកជា ៣ ដំណាក់កាល៖ (១) ជោគជ័យក្នុងការកាន់កាប់ មូលដ្ឋានយោធា (២)​ជោគជ័យក្នុងការកាន់កាប់មូលដ្ឋាន នគរបាល និង (៣) ជោគជ័យក្នងការកាន់កាប់ វិមានរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
