There are in this world only 5 states named as Nuclear Armed Force: China, US, UK, Russia, and France. Asia is central point for the Nuclear Armed Force: China, Russia and USA ( back to the South Korea).
This week, media report of failure of North Korea in purchasing S-300 from Russia for counter-nuclear missile/bomb. Russia said it would ask permission from the China before hand. China is permitted to produce S-300 missile for counter-nuclear missile/bomb.
Nuclear bomb/missile can attack from the altitude of 100 km, 70 km, 30 km, 10 km, or even 850 m as it happen in Japan sine 1945.
Till today, people still unclear whether Japan destroyed by bomb or artillery? An ordinary people believed that bomb had been used in war, while military background thought that continental ballistic missile was the factor.
