The competent authority is in processing a sensitive case to civil court this morning. A rich gangster had a conflict with the 3 stars general: The gangster had been accusing of (1) drug abuse, (2) attempt for assassination and (3) an aggressive verbal words in public. With an compromise, the civil court/police court will process the case in stead of military court.
